NEVER NEVER USE SANTAM

My experience with Santam is WORSE than anything I could have had nightmares about, The staff in the offices in Pretoria and Johannesburg cannot perform their tasks and LOSE files, claim forms, photos and other forms and after 4 weeks of re-sending my claim documents and photos etc they STILL CANNOT FIND THE FILES IN THEIR SYSTEM. My previous experience with SANLAM was TERRIBLE AND SANTAM IS JUST AS BAD - ***********, PASSING THE BUCK, NOT TAKING RESPONSIBILITY AND NOT DOING THEIR JOBS is a common occurrence in these 2 companies. I would STRONGLY ADVISE ANYONE against using these 2 companies. My previous experience took 12 months for SANLAM to sort out and that was for LIFE INSURANCE CLAIM ON THE DEATH OF A RELATIVE. NEVERE NECER use SANLAM OR SANTAM.
