NEED FEEDBACK ON A 3rd PARTY CLAIM

A client of Santam collided with my vehicle on 23 Dec 2024.

All the necessary reports and photos were taken and submitted multiple times to the department handeling 3rd party claims.

The claims admin that assisted me offloaded me the othe 3rd party division (Siphiwe Mtshwane and DPC Legal) on 15 July 2025 and after various requests for feedback it has forced me to write a review as I have had no communication from Santam 3rd party RE my case.

I have sent various mails to follow up but it is now 19 Sept 2025 and still no communication on this matter.

Kindly, really, Kindly get in touch with me - I just want to know how far we are in the process of concluding this matter.
