My santam experience this morning with Paul, and an advisor/agent or salesperson was a plesent one. Paul is friendly and professional, I don't think I spent more than 10mins on the phone with him. Paul adjusted my policy to get the market value of my car in the case or event of a rightoff, and I got a discount for my annual review. Great job Paul.
