My process is currently in assessment ready process, but so far it has been great having Mansoor Martin and Mvuyisi Mzukwa dealing with my claim. I've had my car for 11 years and never claimed or had to claim. They both made thus 1st time so stressfree and are very helpful. I'm so happy I switched to Santam, so much so that I got my mother so switch her car and house insurance to Santam even before I submitted a claim.
