My policy comes up for renewal and the premium was too high for me

My policy comes up for renewal and the premium was too high for me.I then contacted a broker to get alternative quotes.They did get one where premium was much lower and I decided to take this option.I called Santam to cancel my policy and was then transferred to Ebrahim Jamodien.What a pleasant surprise! He told me that he will do his best to assist me as we have been with them for many years.He showed empathy with my situation and was able to reduce premium.Thank you so much for your professionalism and the manner in which this was sorted Ebrahim.Much appreciated.
