My insurance premium was about to increase in May and it was going to be so high and I wasn't going to afford it I'm a loyal client of santam and I never had any issues also never lounched a claim but I felt this was not gonna be fair so I contacted santam and spoke to a friendly gentleman by the name of Masixole. He understood my reasons why I query that,now my premium is not going to be increased and is now dropped,he manages to match other insurances premium, now I'm happy again, santam is the best, and with employee like Masixole santam is better than any other insurance brokers.
