My claim number is ***

My claim number is ***. This morning I am feeling VERY frustrated with a lady named Ntombizanele Johnson. It seems like she just does not understand what my need is. I had the same problem with her under claim number ***. Can someone please assist with extending my car hire please? I still have 15 days left on the claim number and I have received notification that it must be returned on Saturday 30 May. I still have 15 days left on my contract. There were 3 people that assisted me SO WELL on the first claim number - after Ntombi could not. They are NATALIE, MUSA MOSHININI and MANSOOR. I honestly need to commend them for their understanding of the problem, their quick resolve, their professionalism and care. I SINCERELY appreciated their knowledgable assistance. THANK YOU. Please look into my file or portfolio, you will see my reason... on both claim numbers, and understand why I am frustrated this morning. Thank you
