My car not repaired for over a month

On the 9th October I had an accident and my car was taken to the panel beaters. Santam told me that they will compile a report and arrange required transactions so that my car will be fixed. I have been calling them every week and they keep on saying that they are still compiling a report. recently they are ignoring my calls if not hanging up the phone on me. When I sign up for their insurance, I was told that they will assist me whenever I have a problem. I have more than 3 years on this insurance and I have never claimed before. I am so frustrated.
