MVA Claim

I was involved in a minor MVA on 29.04.15 & lodged a TP claim with Santam against the other driver on 30.04.15. After numerous emails & phone calls I received a Release on 01.06.15 from Innocent Phala at Santam, which was not acceptable. I then lodged a claim on my own policy on 02.06.15 with Tesu Brand through Indwe Insurance Brokers, and was promised that the vehicle would by assessed and authorised by 05.06.15. It was assessed on 05.06.15 and we were told to take it to the E Mohamed panel beaters to be stripped and assessed further on 08.06.15. This was eventually done on 09.06.15. We were then told that the vehicle had to moved to CK Coachworks, who only uplifted the vehicle on 18.06.15. When I called CK Coachworks today for an update I was told by Nicole, that they were STILL waiting on parts ! I find it totally unacceptable that a repair that would have taken 5 days by a reliable Panel shop is now taking more than 4 weeks.
