This is my second time in a short period that I am dealing with Santam. And once again, I can highly recommend their service. From the first day after my incident, the consultant and Assessors were professional, empathetic, and friendly. A big thank you to Mr. Reyaan Thoppay, Direct Merit Accident Desktop Assessor who has assisted me with my claim during festive season.
