I am appalled in the manner my matter has been handled by santam . Sheer disregard in reverting to me regarding their conduct of their relationship manager Ms Samodien and my issue about my policy . I rep**** to a complaint department whom seemingly decided to close my complaint without caring to first read my reply . Stating their clients are greatest asset seems not to be. I am been sent via one department to the next . I request head of departments and or directors contact details. Extremely poor customer service
