Mr Thomas Heydenrych was very helpful and understanding to my situation and provided services that fit my needs. He did not enforce his ideal cover for me and did not bait me into taking a higher premium to benefit him. As for the company itself, they have services in place that lower my premium to such a degree that I can live my life normally and not stress about daily expenses!
