I have struggled for 3 years to transfer a insurance policy from Brolink to H/O santam. The consultants I had to dealt with are not qualified. The documentation I have sent gets lost in the system and their is no communication whatsoever. I went through 10 consultants to no avail and e-mails sent by the dozens. Miracles happen when out of the blue Lerato phala assisted me and solved all my problems to create a new policy. The kindness and great personality and feedback out of this world. Lerato phala must stand for a accolade, what a human been with lots of talents. I really hope this review gets out to one of the directors and solve the problems in the consultation department.
