MR IDRIS MOOIDEEN - Motor claims consultant

Mr Idris Mooideen (Motor Claims consultant) contacted me telephonically, the day after I had reported my motor vehicle accident, to an agent Natalie Ligman. He could only speak to me in English. The line was not very clear. I then I asked him to rather send me an E-mail to which he comp**** with in a very short time. This was much better for me. His E-Mail was precise and very clear. I did find it very helpful.
