motor insurance

had an insurance with above mentioned insurer, then i had an accident on September, 2020 on the 16th, the truck driver bumped in to me and he wrote the statement on an accident report saying "he didn't see me then he turned his truck then bumped into me.. so the following day i put a claim on my insurer then after 3 days insurer rejected my claim saying im the one whose wrong.. and the repairer value runs about R62 000.

Up untill today the insurer haven't fix my car.

So i need help..
