Santam most useless insurance company ever won't recommend them to anyone. Most useless insurance ever. I am really not impressed my washing machine and fridge was damaged by lightning and I am still battling for them to attend to my claim. I don't care that it's close to festive when they take the premium they don't say ppl are on leave or it's close to festive. I have kids and they are suffering because we can't put food away because we have no fridge. It's costing me thousands of Rands because we have to buy food daily because we can't afford the food to go off and they just don't care. Honestly don't ever take out any policy with Santam.
