Good day . My son was involved in a accident 3 weeks ago.The driver of the UTE bakkie skipped a red traffic light and T boned my son. After the accident the all parties went the the SAPS as required (no injures) the bakkie driver also said in his AR report that it was his mistake not stopping and that written in the report. NOW the insurance (Santam) said the driver told him it was my son's faultand they need video footage or dash cam video. We dont have that. I have all the proof on email from Santam that was said on request. My question is that how can thw insurance chance the accident report without a AR report , and secondly the person that was working with our 3d party claim is now on holiday.
