Monthly Premium Becoming Expensive

I have been a loyal Santam client for many years and have always appreciated the excellent service, especially during the claims process. However, given the rising cost of living, my current premium has become unsustainable. While I understand my broker’s point regarding my claim ratio affecting the rate, I am receiving significantly lower quotes from other insurers that include lower excesses for the same cover (2 vehicles, building, and contents). I truly value the trust I have in Santam and would prefer not to move my portfolio, but a reduction in my monthly premium is now a necessity. I would appreciate it if you could review my policy to see if we can find a more competitive rate to ensure I can remain a Santam customer.
