! month and still claim is not sorted

I reported my roof leak on 23 June and since then I received 1 phone call and the people came out to assess the damage and today is the 18th of July and nothing has happened, with the continued rain we have the damage is getting worst every time it rains, is it the norm at Santam to take almost a month to sort out a claim? Not happy at all with this service
