Money deducted even after cancelling policy

I've cancelled my Santam legal insurance policy ********** 59 last month over the phone. I received confirmation email, yet they have again deducted money from my account this month. When you try and phone you have to wait forever to get to talk to anyone. Is this reputable insurance company? I don't think so. I will not do business with this company in the future.
