I had a policy with Santam Switch which was supposed to have been moved over to Santam Direct, but this did not happen. As much as it was annoying, it was understandable as migrations often have teething issues. Mlungisi from Santam called me to provide a quote for a new policy, made things super easy and was able to provide me with a reasonable premium.

Even though these salespeople are often driven by commision, Mlungisi spent over an 1:10:00 (1 hour and ten minutes) to explain everything and capture my items. In a world where everything is app based, it's always nice to have that personal touch
