Misrepresented information about vehicle insurance

Santam is a well known and established company and most well known brand when it comes to insurance, however I personally don't think they live up to their reputation if they have any. I found their details on facebook and opted to be given a quote on my vehicle insurance and it all sounded good at the time, they offered me some telematic device which they explained well help me to reduce my premiums monthly which "they would be paying for" at tracker.. My first premium was due and the installation of the device was not done yet. I then contacted Santam and was told I am to call tracker to set up an appointment to which I fussed and asked why am I supposed to do that when they the ones who offered this as a 'free' service to me. After my fuss they arranged for the device to be installed. After a period of 4 months I called them to find out about my premium I was told that the device was to monitor my driving and it's only applicable to reducing once a year, when I told the agent that this was not the information I received she claimed the previous agent did not give me the correct information, in the same breath she confirmed that an adjustment has to be made to my premium due the the cover value that has decreased, when I asked why is it only being done now since I called she claims it would have been changed on the anniversary date of my policy, to which I asked if my vehicle was in an accident they would have just paid the value of what I was covered for after depreciation without informing me of the change prior to what could have happened in the months to come.. Not happy I asked what about canceling and she then explained that I could but I would have to cancel with tracker as well as there is a cancelation fee which I was told that they are paying. I then called tracker and they explained that I could either change the device to a tracker as the device was installed to monitor my driving incase of an accident wow 'best way to decline a claim'. I was told it's either R119 per month or R600 cancelation fee. I then called Santam again and spoke to another agent who then claimed the first agent who initially signed me up for the insurance gave me the incorrect information, and no longer works there, as well as the second agent did not give me the correct information.. How competent are these agents.. Well I decided to cancel the insurance policy as I found a new insurer who would cover me immediately, thus I canceled Santam and reversed the recent payment as they were no longer my insurer. The cancelation letter came a few days after my premium deducted. My cancelation date was on the 10th March to which 25th Feb I paid for the month of March thus I decided to reverse my payment and pay the cancelation fee with tracker,as they claimed that this was a free service, which now realized it never was. The 25th March Santam deducted again as well as my new insurer, again I reversed my payment, and sent them an email to ask them to stop deducting as I am no longer a client of theirs, to which I received an email saying that they would refund me and apologize as this is a technical issue. I responded and informed that there is no need to refund as I reversed the payment, and would like a refund on the reversal fee I'm charged at my bank, to which they then escalated, only to receive another email a few days later stating that they will not be paying the fee as this month was owed to them. I am in the banking sector and definitely know that premiums on insurance is never money owed, as if your payment is not paid you are not covered for that month or period, I know this as Santam is not my first vehicle insurer. They also claimed that I would be in arrears, arrears for what as I was no longer covered by them, I rep**** and said not to bother with the fees but to please refraim from deducting from my account. However I have discovered on my credit profile shows Santam in arrears for car insurance really now its not an account its a policy, so if you reverse dispute on your life cover and cancel you in arrears with your life? Please remove your information from my credit profile as this is not how you treat people or clients.. I need feedback as soon as I will take this further even if I have to take out money to prove a point.
