misrepresentation

hi a lady called Phemelo radikonyana called me and said i should do a quotation for a car insurance and was told if they can't beat the current insurance they will give me 500 Takealot voucher and was asked to send a policy schedule and after that she never rep**** my e-mail, its been more than a week nothing, i feel like i was **** too just to do a quotation
