Misleading advertising

They could not beat my car insurance and was promised a TakeAlot voucher. I emailed the info of my current insurance but did not receive any reaponse. Have been phoning and emailing them but no response on email and on the phone I keep on getting transfered or told that they will get back to me.

Why promise and advertise something that you can’t deliver on?
