Just want to place on record the excellent service i have received from Matilda Ntshingila, she is efficient and fast. She assisted me with a claim recently and was outstanding in the way she handled it. I will definitely be looking forward to my next claim if Matilda is going to be handling it. Matilda is an asset to Santam Insurance.
