Marius Wiese is GREAT

I would like to thank Santam insurance for the excellent service I received on my recent claim. Especially Marius Wiese, who showed compassion, called me out of business hours, spending hours on the phone with me just to calm me down when I was freaking out (It is a HUGE claim). He made it feel like I was speaking to a friend and not just the insurance dude.

This type of professionality you do not find easily these days, and especially not in the insurance industry. Every step was explained to me, every technical question I had was answered. Trust me, I called him a lot – to the extend where I felt sorry for him.

Santam, you have a great employee here, make sure you look after him – but I am sure you know this already.
