Lousy customer service

I'm very disappointed in the service I have received from the team at Santam. Its been 4 months since I submitted the required documents for my claim. Its a minor claim and should not take this long to resolve. Each time I follow up, I am told the team is in a meeting and they will get back to me. Really lousy service from such a renowned insurance company
