Lost a potential client

I received a quote from Santam on 7 March 2023. I emailed them on 15 March 2023 indicating I wanted to accept the quote subject to certain corrections being made. No response. I phoned them on 22 March 2023 and asked what is going on. The consultant told me he would send me an email requesting further details "immediately". Nothing. Even after I send another follow-up email.

In any event, I am no longer interested. The irony is I wanted to move from my current insurer because of no service and no communication, only to receive the exact same treatment from Santam. They were very quick to send me a quote and very eager for me to accept. Luckily, I didn't. Feels like I dodged a bullet.
