looking for an insurer company that cares !

I tried to claim from my insurance for the loss of income / booking cancelations due to Corona virus. all bookings cancelled till December. But although I have paid my premiums on time as lone as I am with them, they refuse to pay anything. This is H&L / Santam. I hear that BRYTE insurance does pay out and even give 3 months of premium refief. I would like to hear from anyone about their insurers what they do. Because I will change my insurer to a better more caring insurer. So I am curious to know about other experiances. Thanks Harrie Thatchwood Country Lodge St Francis bay
