Long outstanding unsettled claim

Although we submitted all information needed for the claim within the first 12 hours after the accident, we are still waiting for the finalization of the claim. It has been more than a month since the accident happened. The communication has been poor and insufficient to the point where I need to contact the relevant people to get some information. Santam is the cheapest, yet the service is terrible. I guess you get what you pay for.
