Like pulling teeth

If there was a zero star rating, I would have used it. Early in April, I noticed that my watch was not fully insured for it's replacement value, even although I had sent through a valuation certificate. I was told that I had to raise the value of my household items. I emailed them to accept the quote. I then started looking into my car insurance and wanted to upgrade that. In the process, I noticed that the insurance cover on my watch had not been adjusted. As for the car insurance, since 28 May I have now emailed them three times to increase my car insurance, as per attached, to them. Today I received a quote with the watch corrected, but not the vehicle.
