Lies and broken promises

3 weeks ago had a accident with my car an assessor was appointed 1 week after the accident the assessor contacted me letting me know he will let me know within two days n update, he never contacted me then contacted him he explained that the car is at the panel shop they stripped down the car and he was waiting on their quote he said he will call back friday he again never called back I found it very frustrating my husband called Today the assessor receptionist said that they towing the car today to the panel shop and she will called back today again nobody returned my call I find this very frustrating because the assessor was lying to me all the time making me believe they busy with my car but in actuall fact it was still by the towing yard And it makes me wonder what type of business does santam run, a business on lies and deceit? I'm really disgusted in your company as every month you receive my premium you where so quick to sign me up and this is the service I get instead of making things convenient it's me phoning around everyday
