LEGAL INSURANCE

To whom this may concern , <br> <br> I have legal insurance with Lexcorp underwritten by Santam , I cancelled this policy last year Feb(2014) <br> and this fee is going off my account for the last 18 months , I only pick this up that theres money going off my account for something I have cancelled. I spoke to several call centres for Santam and no one can assist me because they cant pick up my policy , I have spoken to several people at Lexcorp ,First I spoke to Gloria who told me she cant pick up the policy ive leased with her via email as well as telephonically but the service I got from her is pathetic and with no success. I spoke to a manager Andri , also not very helpful but she got to pick up my policy after Gloria said theres nothing on the system , Andri said she will sort it out. But nothing is getting sorted out , they say they will contact me back , im still waiting. Me as the client have to keep on phoning them trying to follow up but even when I do phone I don't get any further with a solution for my issue...<br> This is the most pathetic client service that I have ever experienced with Santam and LEXCORP \Supposed to be professional Businesses"they say...
