Legal dept letting customers down

I have been HARRASSED by some private investigator appointed to investigate a third party claim.<br> <br> I had an accident and the other party was insured by Hollard. Hollard apparently appointed the private investigator. These people asks me a myriad of personal questions and as I am not willing to give them all this information. I mean, who are they anyway. They are also asking for info that was supp**** to Santam, my broker and the SAPS.WHAT MORE DO THEY WANT FROM ME. I escalated this investigator issue to my broker.<br> <br> My broker advised me that Santam has a legal department whose role it is to sort out 3rd party incidents and that they will deal with these private investigators. It is now about 10 days later and still the private investigator phones and emails me. At home, at work, at night.<br> <br> I'm really upset by the way this claim has been handled by Santam. Their sales are great, but the first time I needed to claim, I have a lot of trouble.<br> <br> Is it worth staying with Santam or should I just go with the cheapest option?<br> <br>
