Lacklustre Service

Recently took out car insurance with Santam and I am already regretting . There is absolutely no sense of urgency with their staff. Wrong amounts processed for debit order even after I called to make ammendments to my policy , long turnaround times to get assistance from support and now 15 days later I dont know if I have an active policy or not due to lack of feedback. If this is the kind of service I am getting at onboarding , pains me to imagine what it will be like when submitting claims. Honestly considering finding a new insurer .
