lack of transparency
I am totally disappointed, I joined this company on the 25th of May 2018, no pro rata was mentioned I was only informed of it yesterday but the first premium is to be deducted on the 1st of June, now Im told that Im liable for the prorata and to be deducted today which I never agreed to as in the first place it was never introduced to me
