Lack of communication

I took it my car for repairs in 2022 Dec, one of the problems I stayed was the mounting but I understand the service provider did not fix the mounting.

Now my mechanic advised that I need to fix mounting and cv joints but the drive shaft which comes with cv joints.

I had requested the insurance to assess tge vehicle but they have been sitting with it for two weeks without feedback. Kindlyvreturn my vehicle to me by close of business today. I would also like to terminate this vehicles insurance please.
