Kicking a dog while hes down!!!

I had a claim for a hijacking, the driver did not have hes ID or drivers license because it got ****** with the vehicle, my claim was rejected because the incident was reported 2 days later due to the fact that the police could not open a report without ID...when insurance companies use the situation of the hijacking to decline a claim u have to wander...***? Right? Do not trust such companies...south africa is going down to the dogs
