I called in to amend the quote that I had completed, Akhona answered the call. The person with whom I had initially spoken to was not available. I told her it is okay I will call back another time, Akhona asked whether she could assist me and proceeded to reassure me that she would. I asked for a call back at a specific time. She called me back right on time. She followed through and kept to her word. That speaks a lot about way in which Santam treats their clients.
