Keagan Mohamed of SANTAM

I lodged a claim with Santam for damage to my car caused in a car accident. I was attended to by a gentleman called Keagan Mohamed of SANTAM. The service that I received was excellent. He is very polite and respectful. spoke clearly, I could understand perfectly his communication to me. He was very patient and listen to my sob story about how the accident was caused, and showed compassion, whereas he did not phone for those details. He had no problem calling me back as I did not have airtime. He kept me abreast of developments on the claim telephonically and via email. It was such a pleasure to deal with him on my claim. I rate him 10 out of 10 on the service he provided me. One can see that he is quite enthusiastic about his job. I do not usually bother to rate customer service, but I have made an exception this time with him. Thantaswa Lupuwana
