Justifications, lies and excuses from santam

On Saturday 02nd of April 2022, I hit a pothole at around 11h00pm, I then phoned santam who's my insurer, I was told that my policy doesn't exist, despite the fact that I've just a debit order going through that morning. Fast forward to Monday just to cut the long story short, the policy exist and it's update. Today it's Tuesday 05th, 7 long calls later still on direction except for excuse, justifications and lies. Don't insure with its not worth the trouble
