Just bad customer service, I want my refund

Worst experience, their communication is bad, cancelled my insurance with them on the 29th of june, they had already debited my premium and said they would refund the money debited. I follow up with them and they still have not refunded me but keep sending me messages as if i'm still a client there, please refund my money, worst insurer
