Our geyser burst, which was an extremely stressful situation. Julie Lutchman, the Santam consultant appointed to us, was extremely helpful, sympathetic and professional. She went above and beyond, calling us on Friday (public holiday) and over the weekend to check if everything was okay. Her speed and efficiency is highly commendable and she deserves 10 stars!
