ITUMELENG LEFAKANE vs Mr CLEOPHAS

I'm actually busy having a very bad experience with this company where they refuse to pay out a 3rd party claim where by there client drove into our vehicle. I handed in both quotes as they asked and handed all relevant documents as they requested. Now this people want to give me a second hand parts for a vehicle that has never been in a accident and we are the first owners of this vehicle. More to say the consultant Miss/ Mrs Itumeleng Lefakane is so stupid that she can't even read properly the emails that have been send to her and she only replies if you call other people to give her a message that's how ****ed up this place is. It's my right to refuse second hand parts on my vehicle but this idiot of a lady don't understand. They also want to pay a 75% of there quoted amount with a second hand panel and not pay the initial quoted amount received from either panel beaters we provided upon there request.
