Is Santam Casj strapped ????

I have a policy through a broker with Santam ... Last week i put in a claim to replace a damaged windscreen on my 2012 Fortuner. This was approved and today i took my vehicle in to PG to replace it. After the installation i noticed some definite differences in the tinting from the original and when i queried why a cheap replacement was installed they told me that santam rejected the requested shatterpruff windscreen and that they had to installthis safevue wndscreen <br> <br> Please note the description of this windscreen on the PG website :<br> Your primary concern when you choose a car windscreen replacement product should be the quality of this essential vehicle part.
