Irritated
Been trying to get hold of anyone at Santam for over 2 weeks now - to sort out why an extra premium was deducted from my policy (not VAT related), and also looking for a quote.
Apparently nobody works at the call center anymore nor does their 'Please call me' function work or their customer web portal!! Time to move my business elsewhere to a place where people actually answer their phones or respond to queries.
