IRP5

I have been trying to get my IRP5 sorted because information was captured incorrectly. The one person that picked up my call sent me a whole document on tax directive that I needed to rectify it myself. I haven’t had any luck with resolving it as Sanlam is the one that needs to sort out on their side. I have been making follow ups since July and today is the closing date for tax submissions. There is a guy who was trying to assist me on Friday and had promised feedback and I am still waiting and I am going to include penalties on my tax. Ruvendran please get back to me.
