IRATE

We experienced a minor accident approximately 2 months ago. My vehicle was hit by a gentleman that is covered by Santam car insurance. I then sent an email on the 01 July 2019 to SA Home loans who then referred my request to the broker who eventually submitted my all my supporting documents to Santam. I then received an email from Santam on the 27 August 2019,confirming that my 3rd party claim has been rejected. To date I am left without a vehicle and the reasoning behind the rejection is completely unacceptable ! ! ! Is this because I am the third party and not the main member. I am HIGHLY IRATE and i am not going to stop here I will take this matter further as I was treated UNFAIRLY.
