Iphone 13 loss , reported 3 weeks ago!

3 weeks and counting, the communication is really pathetic. My first claim was flawless Thandolwethu did a very amazing job. Now my second claim im being ghosted and the claims accessor is not even communicating with me. I was told someone will call to set up an appointment until today no communication ,nothing. Only a lady by the name Yolanda called last week asking me again about the incident. How long should i wait? If my claim cannot be paid just tell me so that i dont waste my time waiting for you guys!! This is really not fair at all.
