Insurance Premiums

Santam increased my premium by just over R400 for the renewal process. After going back and forth, Ebrahim Jamodien and Sihle Nqeketo went out of their way to reduce my premium by just over R300 from the original balance. The service from these two were excellent I only wish Santam would look at their customers who have not had claims and do a proper review process going forward instead of just increasing premiums with no justification.
